Where are you based?

Beauty Mall is an online shop in Nairobi, Kenya.  Our office is conveniently located in Pangani, Nairobi.

Do you have a physical shop?

We are entirely online only and do not have a physical shop.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! you can shop then collect the order from a parcel pickup point in Nairobi CBD; located at Dawan House, near Modern Coast

At what time do you deliver?

We are not able to provide an exact delivery time; our delivery partners deliver Monday – Saturday between 8am and 5pm.

How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive a notification from Beauty Mall to confirm we have received your order..

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchange products once the order has been delivered.

Please contact us and we will get back to you asap!

I have not received my order

Kindly call, text, WhatsApp or drop us an email if you have not received your order 3 days past the scheduled delivery date.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No, you pay when placing your order; before delivery.

Are the your product genuine?

Yes, we get our stock directly from brand manufacturers or authorized distributors.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. Delivery takes 1-2 business days after order dispatch.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes you can cancel/change your order before it is dispatched. Otherwise, your original order will be delivered with no changes made.

Can you help me choose the right products?

Yes, we want you to get products what work for you. If you have any questions, comments, please contact us. We will be happy to assist..

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Mpesa, Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, but before your order is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, you can’t change the address.
