Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. Delivery takes 1-2 business days after order dispatch. Please refer to the estimated delivery date displayed on each product’s page for an idea on when you expect to receive the order.
We are not able to provide an exact delivery time; our delivery partners deliver Monday – Saturday between 8am and 5pm. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please note that delivery times do not include Sundays or Public Holidays. Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly to prevent delivery delays. A signature and ID might be required upon receipt. You can change the delivery address, but before the order is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the address.
We don’t have a payment on delivery option, but you can shop and pick the order from our office.
We do not accept returns or exchange products once the order has been dispatched.
